Display System
Our Kitchen display system is a locally developed product
that is suited to the Asian Restaraunt market. Its cost
effectiveness and robust design make it a must have
for leading restaraunts.
Currently this device is used in conjunction with Casio
ECR products for the hospitality industry.
This System will provide your kitchen staff with an
easy to read color enhanced product orders. This system
provides a powerful tool to increase customer speed
of service and prevent forgotten orders. This will help
increase employee productivity and at the same time
reduce waste.
System Features
- Identical orders are consolodated into each order
for quick reference
- A timer for each order displays the elapsed time
each order has been displayed
- Condiments and elapsed order time display in different
colors for quick and easy identification
- Large orders simply overflow to then next order
box
- After 8 orders are displayed other orders are stored
in the memory
- Previously cleared orders can be recalled
- Production statistics reports allows the manage
to quickly monitor processing times.
System Options
- Orders can be cleared from the display with one
keystroke, or
- Orders can be highlighted viewing overflowed orders,
or just by marking the current order being prepared
- Items can be automatically sorted within each order
for displaying priority, such as hot items on the
top and cold items on the bottom
- key items can be tracked for easy food preps
- Elongated mode is available
- BVideos may me rerouted during peak and off peak
periods
- Monitor mode available at backroom CRT for the manager
Hardware Features
- The System will allow operation of up to 5 kitchen
displays from a single controller
- Uses 1 to 5 standard VGA monitors
- Multiple keypads/bump bars can be used to operate
any single monitor
- Programming screen allows customized operation
- All wiring uses RJ45 connectiors for quick and easy
installation. Simply snap the parts together.
